Axon Moore are delighted to be supporting a leading, people-focused accountancy group who is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing team in Leeds.
The Role
- This is a key position within a dynamic and collaborative tax function.
- You’ll work closely with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality advice and oversee compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Partner with the Group Tax team to support a portfolio of larger and more complex compliance clients.
- Deliver advisory work to business owners, including tax planning, business acquisitions and disposals, property transactions, inheritance tax and estate planning.
- Manage HMRC enquiries and investigations, including report writing, financial analysis and technical research.
- Support the development, training and mentoring of junior team members.
About You
- You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative, progressive environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- ACCA/ACA/CTA qualification with ideally 3+ years PQE in tax practice.
- Strong experience advising OMBs across corporation tax, income tax and capital gains tax.
