Senior Accountant - £50,000 to £55,000 - Leeds / Hybrid

This position sits at the heart of the finance function, taking ownership of core reporting, strengthening controls, and ensuring the business has reliable, high-quality financial information to drive decisions. It's a role that goes beyond "producing numbers" you'll shape them, challenge them, and add real commercial context.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of technical reporting and delivering accurate, high-quality financial outputs
- Strengthening financial controls and ensuring robust, compliant processes
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders
- Producing insightful MI, budgeting, and forecasting with clear commercial commentary
- Playing a key role in audit and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting and developing junior team members
What We're Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting background with hands-on reporting experience
- Confidence working with complex data and financial information
