FP&A Manager | £65,000 – £80,000 | Preston (North) | Hybrid / Flexible Hours | Newly Private Equity Backed BusinessAxon Moore are recruiting an FP&A Manager for a newly private equity backed business in North Preston. This is a new role as part of the restructure and expansion plan under new investment.The business has growing significantly through M&A, and they're now looking to bring their M&A / FP&A requirements in-house. They expect the new FP&A Manager's role to grow in line with the expansion, progressing to Head of FP&A in the future.This is a key strategic role that will feed into the CFO and wider SMT, supporting them with insight from around the business, and will help them with external reporting.They are looking for a commercially astute individual who can take a holistic view of the business and its goals, and then aid senior shareholders with planning.Key priorities in this role:- Work with the CFO and wider finance team to understand what visibility they require across the regions, divisions, products and customers.- Build a working / agile financial model for the business that can be adapted month-on-month for use at board level.- Manage relationships internally and externally on a range of group and subsidiary projects.- Work with the CFO to understand new reporting requirements and begin to roll out processes across the group to standardise information.- Oversee the implementation of new systems across the group.- Sit as part of the SMT of each division, aiding strategic change through analytical appraisals.- Recruit and build a Group FP&A team, and help build a wider team of business partners at a local level.- Continuous improvement of entity level KPI's and reporting.Desired profile for this role:- Candidates must be qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)- Financial Modelling skillset (Essential)For more information regarding this role or to register your interest, please submit an application or contact Dan Calland at Axon Moore's Lancashire office.
