As FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance. You’ll have access to cutting-edge analytics to shape strategy, define sales margins, and bridge the gap between finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-term planning alongside the CFO.
- Own operational reporting, KPIs, and commercial analysis, supporting senior leaders with actionable insights.
- Manage one direct report and act as the finance expert on key systems.
- Support marketing and procurement teams with margin analysis and spend optimisation.
- Oversee capex reporting for new site acquisitions and refurbishments.
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with 2+ years PQE in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills, with experience in hospitality or leisure preferred.
