The successful candidate will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to support and enhance commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of monthly management accounts, providing insightful analysis.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
- Act as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams.
- Develop and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Maintain ownership of the balance sheet, ensuring timely reconciliations and accuracy.
