Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a well-established business in Lancaster to recruit a new Financial Accountant. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £52,000.Duties and responsibilities include Preparing monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements Managing the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepayments Reconciling balance sheet accounts and investigating variances Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors and advisors Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Improving financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy Partnering with stakeholders to provide clear financial insight Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
