The Role:
As Finance Manager, you will take full responsibility for financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team leadership, while also supporting the wider group with strategic financial insight. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the preparation and reporting of a portfolio of accounts
- Managing the accounts payable team and ensuring timely payments
- Overseeing statutory submissions and compliance requirements
- Supporting the finance leadership team with reporting across the wider group
- Driving improvements in processes, reporting and financial controls
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of this critical role. You’ll ideally bring:
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Proven experience in a similar finance or management accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and confident use of financial systems
- A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
