Job Description
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and perform variance analysis
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions
- Manage accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including tax filings and audits
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Management Accountants
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and policies
- Support year-end audit and liaise with auditors
- Analyse gross margins and support cost control initiatives
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsΒ
- Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and integrity
Preferred Experience:
- 2β5 years in a similar finance role
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance
- Experience with Power Query/Power BI or equivalent
