Job Description
- Oversight of the month-end reporting packsÂ
- Leading the monthly finance review
- Business partner with Operations Directors and Head of Departments
- Interpreting and articulating financial results, trends, and key variances vs financial plans
- Lead the budget and forecast preparation
- Identifying, developing, and embedding new and more insightful ways of communicating analytical outcomes that drive business performance, including where appropriate financial business KPI’s
- Working with the FP&A team to strengthen the financial planning cycle and output
- Initiative & Synergy tracking vs budget and forecast
- Evaluating and tracking risk and opportunities for specific areas of the business
- Initial point of contact for lines of business in relation to financial analysis
- Deep dive analysis to inform the business and drive performance
- Weekly revenue flash reportingÂ
- Line management of 1 direct reportÂ
Person specification:
- Must be a fully qualified accountant
- Confident communicator with an ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
