Location: West Manchester
Hours: 15 hours across 2 days
Salary: £26,500 pro rata + Benefits
Main duties:
- Process invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC requirements
- Check and process self-bill invoices, resolving any issues with regional contacts where required
- Upload invoices onto customer portals in a timely manner
- Monitor finance inboxes and respond to queries appropriately
- Update finance systems and maintain accurate customer records
- Support reporting duties using SAP and Excel
- Assist the wider finance team with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required
