This is a genuinely high-impact role being the “face of finance” in a standalone, newly created and purely commercial role, working alongside the Financial Controller and reporting directly into the CFO. You won't be a number-cruncher in the background, you'll be a trusted commercial FP&A business partner, sitting at the heart of strategic decision-making. Think pricing, margin analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, and presenting insight that shapes the future direction of the business.
With further growth plans, new revenue streams, and a focus on improving data and developing new processes/systems, this is a CV defining opportunity for the right person!
Reporting directly to the CFO, the duties of this role will include:
- Engaging closely with commercial, sales and account management teams to support bids, tenders, pricing decisions, contract negotiations and promotional activity.
- Leading the commercial elements of the annual budget and regular forecasting cycles, covering revenue by channel margin, cost to serve and key trading KPIs.
