We’re looking for an ambitious accountant to drive financial strategy, streamline reporting, and influence key business decisions. As Group Financial Accountant, you’ll own month-end reporting, group consolidation, statutory accounts, and audits, directly shaping the company’s financial health.
What you’ll do:
- Lead management reporting, group consolidation, and month-end close
- Drive budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements
- Prepare year-end accounts and manage audits
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to inform decisions
What we’re looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 2 years’ industry experience
- Strong in group consolidation, financial control, and statutory accounts
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills (Sage 200 a plus)
- Proactive, detail-focused, commercially aware, and solutions-driven
- Based within commuting distance of Cheshire
