Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts.
- Proactively collecting outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Resolving queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer accounts.
- Maintaining accurate account records and documentation.
- Producing debtor reports and updating management on collection activities.
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure efficient account management.
About You
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role is essential.
- Experience managing a low-volume, high-value ledger is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy office environment.
- Good attention to detail and strong administration skills.
