Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SME in Runcorn to recruit a Finance Manager. This key role will support strategic decision-making, financial performance, and growth within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting (including FX).
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cost control.
- Product, customer, and margin analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Finance business partnering across Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- 2 years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
- Commercial, analytical, and stakeholder-focused.
