The Opportunity We are partnering with an ambitious, entrepreneurial and internationally growing business to appoint a commercially focused Head of People . This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. the business is investing in its people capability and organisational infrastructure to support the next phase of growth. Operating internationally across the UK, Europe and North America, the business is looking for an experienced People leader who can help build the organisational capability, leadership infrastructure and scalable people practices required for continued expansion. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Founder and Executive Leadership Team, this is a highly visible and influential role with genuine scope to shape the future People agenda.
