Financial Reporting Manager PE-Backed High-Growth Acquisitive Business Location: Blackburn (On-Site) Salary: c.£65,000 Axon Moore is exclusively supporting a rapidly growing, acquisitive organisation in the appointment of a Financial Reporting Manager. This is a high-profile role within the Group Finance function, offering the opportunity to play a key part in acquisition integration, technical accounting and wider finance transformation. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of the accounting and onboarding of newly acquired businesses, whilst leading a team and supporting a number of significant Group-wide finance projects. Key Responsibilities include: Lead the accounting and integration of newly acquired businesses Manage the end-to-end financial onboarding of acquisitions, ensuring integration into core finance systems within agreed timescales. Develop and deliver tailored onboarding strategies across UK and international acquisitions. Lead and develop the Onboarding team. Oversee technical reviews of a large portfolio of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
