We're a small but growing team of Chartered Surveyors based in Soho, working across development management, cost consultancy, and new product certification. We advise investors, developers and innovators on how to deliver projects that are commercially sound, technically solid and future focused.
We’re looking for someone who can take the lead on fund monitoring and project advisory work. Someone confident enough to run their own commissions, bring client relationships with them, and help us shape the future of the business. There's a clear path here towards directorship and equity for the right person.
You might already be Chartered (MRICS), working towards it, or coming from a less conventional background. What matters most is that you’re sharp, reliable, commercially minded, and able to communicate clearly and credibly with clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Writing due diligence reports on development proposals, highlighting risks around budget, design, programme and delivery
- Providing construction monitoring throughout the build, including site visits and progress meetings
- Advising clients on procurement, contracts, drawdowns and technical strategy
- Working independently with direct client responsibility, but supported by experienced directors
- Helping to grow our profile and pipeline, including bringing or developing your own client base
What we're looking for
- Experience in development or fund monitoring, cost consultancy or project advisory
- Good working knowledge of UK construction and procurement (including JCT)
- Strong communication and technical writing skills that are concise, commercial and client-focused
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to lead workstreams and develop relationships
- MRICS preferred but not essential. We’re open to candidates working towards chartership or from adjacent fields with relevant skills and ambition
