Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Axo Consulting is a boutique advisory and consultancy firm working across high-end construction, development, and fit-out. We’re growing and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor to grow with us.

This role is ideal for recent graduates in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Real Estate, or early-career professionals with a strong interest in project delivery, cost consultancy, and commercial fit-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost consultancy and project monitoring across commercial and residential projects.
• Provide commercial and administrative support for one of our key fit-out contractor clients.
• Act as a liaison between our consultancy, client office teams, and on-site project teams.
• Contribute to project reporting, valuation support, and site inspections.
• Participate in meetings, documentation reviews, and stakeholder coordination.

Project Exposure Includes:

• Fit-out contract support for a main contractor
• Bespoke new-build Custom Houses
• Residential and commercial development management
• Private client and lender reporting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Confidence in liaising with clients and site professionals
• Based in London or able to commute to Soho regularly
