Axo Consulting is a boutique advisory and consultancy firm working across high-end construction, development, and fit-out. We’re growing and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor to grow with us. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Real Estate, or early-career professionals with a strong interest in project delivery, cost consultancy, and commercial fit-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost consultancy and project monitoring across commercial and residential projects.
- Provide commercial and administrative support for one of our key fit-out contractor clients.
- Act as a liaison between our consultancy, client office teams, and on-site project teams.
- Contribute to project reporting, valuation support, and site inspections.
- Participate in meetings, documentation reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
Project Exposure Includes:
- Fit-out contract support for a main contractor
- Bespoke new-build Custom Houses
- Residential and commercial development management
- Private client and lender reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a professional and proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confidence in liaising with clients and site professionals
- Based in London or able to commute to Soho regularly
