Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Senior Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor role based in Soho, W1, with work-from-home flexibility and flexi hours. You will own budgeting, cost analysis, procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement on live schemes across residential and commercial sectors. Day to day, that means preparing tender documents, building cost plans, running procurement, managing contracts, and keeping clients, consultants, and contractors pulling in the same direction.
You will work directly alongside the co-owners, with no management layer in between, and get genuine ownership from day one. We will not pigeonhole you. The right person here wants range and progression, not a narrow lane. We are looking for a hard worker and a career charger who wants to grow into a broader commercial career as the practice scales.
Qualifications
- Budgeting, cost analysis, and cost planning skills
- Procurement and contract management skills
- Stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Entrepreneurial instinct: you notice inefficiency and want to fix it
- Experience in residential and commercial property sectors is a plus
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, or the experience to match
