Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customise, and maintain solutions across the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Creator, and others)
- Design and implement workflows, custom modules, and automation using Deluge scripting
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives
- Take full ownership of projects and deliver technical solutions that meet client needs
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via RESTful APIs and custom scripts
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Zoho Analytics and SQL
- Develop custom functions and business logic using Deluge, Python, and JavaScript
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimisation within Zoho systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and automation
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and clear communication
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience with Zoho Deluge scripting for creating workflows, custom functions, and automation within Zoho applications
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, and Analytics
- Portfolio of previous work and examples demonstrating Zoho development projects (to be provided during application)
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with stakeholders
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of projects from conception to delivery
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking to develop innovative, scalable solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL
- Experience in database management, data visualisation, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
