How does this role contribute to our collective success? This role drives enterprise agility by enabling high-performing teams and supporting organizational transformation. Through coaching, mentoring, and fostering an Agile mindset, the Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach ensures alignment between delivery teams and business objectives, accelerating value delivery.
What will you do in this role?
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standāups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions.
- Track and analyse Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery with business outcomes.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to manage crossāteam dependencies.
- Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, Junior Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles, Scrum practices and processes.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives, including training, workshops, and change management activities.
- Advocate for Agile best practices and contribute to the growth of the Agile community within the organization.
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities, and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.
About You: You combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to enable Agile success. You can:

What you need to have:
- Proven, longāterm experience as a Scrum Master, including experience in Coaching Agile.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and leadership to achieve Agile maturity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile transformation efforts at team or organisational level.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Handsāon experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
What we prefer you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., ICPāACC, SAFe Program Consultant).
