This role is pivotal in elevating AXIS’s Global Markets presence through strategic marketing and communications initiatives. By delivering impactful campaigns, compelling content, and data-driven insights, you will help strengthen broker engagement, support business growth, and reinforce AXIS’s position as a trusted specialty insurer.
What will you do in this role?
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and communications across multiple channels
- Create and edit content for digital platforms, email, and broker communications
- Design marketing assets using tools such as Canva and Foleon, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact
- Track and analyse campaign performance, report on KPIs, and use insights to recommend future marketing and communication tactics
- Manage marketing technology platforms (e.g., email automation, digital content tools) and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and update the marketing and communications activity calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across the team
- Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives and events, including branded merchandise ordering, and ensuring accurate execution
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoice processing and record-keeping for marketing activities
- Provide general support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with brand standards, including daily media tracking

- Ability to design marketing assets using tools such as Canva (or similar)
- Comfortable using marketing technology platforms (e.g., email automation, Foleon) and open to learning AI-powered tools
- Strong organisational skills to manage calendars, invoices, and branded merchandise orders
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and willingness to track campaign performance and assist with reporting
What we prefer you to have:
- Experience in broker-focused marketing (B2B)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, paid social, and digital advertising
- Knowledge of insurance market dynamics and specialty lines
Role Factors:
- Be in the London office 3 days per week
- Help with the running of broker events, occasionally in the evenings
- Travel within the UK as needed
