How does this role contribute to our collective success? AXIS has a regulatory obligation to ensure that third party companies comply with minimum standards for the handling of claims where there is a Delegated Claims Authority (DCA). The role is to assist the Claims team to fulfil this obligation.

What will you do in this role?

  • Onboarding and completion of third-party due diligence
  • Creation of DCA Contracts
  • Review, analysis and reporting of third-party performance
  • Co-ordination of third-party audit scheduling
  • Issuance and tracking to closure of audit recommendations
  • Production and analysis of information required for internal governance meetings
  • Input, maintain and monitor the DCA Register and records in other IT platforms
  • Prepare and update third party contracts and schedules for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Coverholders
  • Third-party performance oversight monitoring
  • Oversight of loss funds
  • Liaison with necessary key stakeholders

You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

  • Progress towards CII qualifications an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience within delegated claims
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to fair outcomes

Role Factors: In this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 3 days per week.
