  • Lead with vision: Guide visualization developers in creating intuitive dashboards and reports that not only inform—but inspire action.
  • Set the standard: Establish and uphold best practices for data interpretation, report structure, and metric consistency to ensure quality and clarity.
  • Curate the insight ecosystem: Design and manage a centralized hub for data insights—making it easy for users to discover, access, and understand the information they need.
  • Build trust in AI: Design insight frameworks that help business stakeholders understand and trust AI-enhanced processes, ensuring transparency and adoption.
  • Shape the future of decision-making: Create innovative ways to integrate third-party data into our insights, unlocking new opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate across D&A: Work closely with technical teams to align reporting solutions with upstream data architecture, governance, and product development—minimizing manual workarounds and technical debt.

You may also be asked to take on additional responsibilities aligned with the nature and scope of this role.
