Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate specialising in immigration law.
  • Proven experience handling a diverse range of immigration cases from initial consultation through to resolution.
  • Demonstrable negotiation skills with a track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing immigration law in the UK or applicable jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
