We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team on a part-time night shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive healthcare environment where high standards of patient care are a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient conditions, escalating concerns as needed
- Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Respond promptly to patient needs and any overnight emergencies
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and active registration
- Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work independently during night shifts
