We are currently looking for a Medical Services People Manager to work with one of our NHS clients on a temporary basis, 6-12 months contract. Full time role.
About the Role
The Manager of Medical People Services is responsible for the provision of operational leadership in relation to people services provided to the Medical Workforce.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day running and leadership of a Medical Staffing Function ensuring the provision of high-quality, customer focused, operational services.
- Act as a senior point of contact on all medical staffing issues.
- Ensure adherence to trust policies, employment legislation, terms and conditions of service and best practice.
