Pay Rate: £28 per hour (PAYE) / £32 per hour (Self-Employed)

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Public Services & Sports Lecturer to join our team at the Openshaw Campus. This is a full-time, temporary position where you will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Public Services courses, alongside some Sports-related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Public Services and selected Sports courses
  • Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
  • Plan, prepare, and assess coursework in line with curriculum requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching Public Services and/or Sports courses
  • Relevant qualifications in Public Services, Sport, or a related field
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for education and student development
