We are currently recruiting for Gas Engineers to join a well-established organisation within the property maintenance/social housing sector. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidates.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality gas servicing, repairs, and installations across residential properties, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations and delivering excellent customer service.
Location: Bracknell
Contract: Temporary (12 weeks) → Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £21.19 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out gas servicing, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose faults and aim for first-time fixes
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records using electronic systems
- Participate in out-of-hours emergency call rota (if required)
Requirements:
- Valid ACS qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1)
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Domestic Heating (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of gas systems and building regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT and customer service skills
