We are seeking an experienced Automotive Learning Coach with strong engineering knowledge, particularly in HGV and trailer maintenance and manufacturing, to support a cohort of approximately 40 apprentices. This is a hands-on, learner-focused role combining on-site delivery with hybrid coaching responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver coaching and learning support to apprentices in heavy vehicle manufacturing and maintenance
- Provide guidance across HGV systems, trailer engineering, and broader automotive principles
- Support learners through practical and theoretical development in an employer-based setting
- Work closely with industry teams to ensure high-quality training outcomes
- Track progress, provide feedback, and help apprentices achieve their qualifications
- Background in automotive engineering (HGV/trailer experience essential)
- Prior experience in education, training, or coaching required
