Our client is growing and looking to add a talented, driven Landscape Architect to their dynamic studio on a full-time, in-office basis. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a nationally and internationally recognized team, contributing to a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects from concept through to construction completion.
Responsibilities:- Oversee design consistency and excellence from concept through to construction completion
- Prepare and review accurate, detailed working drawing packages and construction documentation
- Lead design and project management for multiple complex projects
- Deliver a diverse range of project types effectively
- Create and coordinate high-quality illustrations, 3D renderings, and presentation materials
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and guide junior staff
- Conduct on-site reviews to ensure design integrity and project quality
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional landscape design experience, with preference for candidates with detailed construction knowledge of Northern climate construction practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, or a relevant college diploma
- OALA accreditation or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Lumion
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and plant materials
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must reside within a one-hour commute to Dundas — this is a full-time, in-office position
- Construction administration experience
- Additional professional accreditations beyond OALA
- Valid driver's licence and current passport
- Experience working on healthcare, government, academic, or private estate projects
