We are seeking an experienced Automotive Learning Coach with strong engineering knowledge, particularly in HGV and trailer maintenance and manufacturing, to support a cohort of approximately 40 apprentices. This is a hands‑on, learner‑focused role combining on‑site delivery with hybrid coaching responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching and learning support to apprentices in heavy vehicle manufacturing and maintenance
- Provide guidance across HGV systems, trailer engineering, and broader automotive principles
