About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of Ashtead Hospital for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their busy administrative team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a key support role within a healthcare environment, providing high-level administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive senior administrative support across hospital departments

About You
We are looking for a proactive and experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months recent UK experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to start
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Familiarity with patient administration systems
