Who are we? MAXIS GBN was co‑founded in 1998 by MetLife and AXA, two of the largest and most trusted insurance companies in the world. In 2016, MAXIS GBN became a joint venture and established itself in London with offices at Monument where we employ an international team of nearly 100 staff, with another 90 based around the world. At MAXIS GBN, we work with multinational companies to help them deliver employee benefits to their staff around the world. We offer global pooled and captive solutions as well as comprehensive wellness packages. We do this through working with a network of insurance companies (members) in over 100 markets globally. More than 80% of our member insurers are owned by MetLife or AXA, the other 20% are independent local insurers – all are experts in their markets and help us to find the right solutions for the local offices of multinationals and their employees based there. Our London headquarters houses support services from global marketing to finance to client reporting and underwriting while working with colleagues based in offices in locations across Europe, the USA and Asia.

Confidently challenges assumptions and plans, where required, to drive better delivery outcomes. Manages stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Provides day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to project teams and delivery resources. Creates a collaborative, outcome‑focused delivery environment.
  • Transformation & Change Delivery: Delivers strategic transformation initiatives, including data, digital, and operating model change. Works closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to shape requirements, priorities, and sequencing. Ensures change is implemented effectively and embedded into business operations. Supports readiness, transition, and handover into BAU ownership.
  • Commercial & Vendor Management: Manages third‑party vendors and delivery partners in line with agreed contracts and outcomes. Supports RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and selection activities. Oversees supplier delivery performance, dependencies, and commercial obligations. Ensures value for money and alignment between commercial arrangements and delivery objectives.
  • Financial Management & Benefits Realisation: Accountable for managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking within agreed limits. Monitors spend, forecasts delivery costs, and highlights variances and risks early. Works with sponsors and Finance to define, track, and report on benefits realisation post‑implementation.
