We currently have a great opportunity for two Wet Room Installers to join our Bristol Team immediately, either as direct employees or on a sub-contractor basis. This role will focus on wet rooms and council properties, requiring multi-skilled fitters with a good level of plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and plastering (plastering is a bonus).
Responsibilities
- Installation: Installing all aspects of wet rooms and shower rooms.
- Finishing: Performing wall tiling, boarding, as well as completing wet room refurbishments requiring a full range of trade skills, e.g., plumbing, carpentry, wall tiling.
- Compliance: Adhering to Health & Safety standards, specifically regarding electrical work (if involved) and building regulations.
- Customer Service: Working in occupied homes, requiring a polite, tidy, and respectful approach.
About You
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent in Carpentry, Plumbing, or other relevant trades, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in all aspects of domestic wet room fitting.
- Multi-trade experience including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, kitchen & bathroom fitting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
- Reliable and professional.
- Collaborative team player.
- Proactive and motivated.
