CLC is delivering refurbishment work across the Midlands within occupied residential properties. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the effective coordination, reporting and smooth day to day running of the Walsall office. This role sits at the heart of the office, working closely with Contracts Managers, site teams and client representatives to ensure operations run efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day to day administrative support to Contracts Managers within the Walsall office
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Processing material requests from site teams and ensuring timely ordering
- Raising and managing purchase orders in line with company procedures
- Checking and processing invoices accurately and promptly
- Maintaining organised records and supporting general office administration tasks
- Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
About You
- You'll bring previous administrative experience within construction, property maintenance or social housing
- Confident managing incoming calls, with a polite, professional and helpful telephone manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with enquiries clearly and effectively
- Comfortable working with trackers, schedules and programme data
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- A structured and organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Proactive, reliable and approachable, with a positive attitude towards supporting both office and site teams
