The Role
Axis CLC is looking for a Senior M&A Manager to play a key role in driving its ambitious growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in the property compliance, maintenance, and energy services sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective targets.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring.
Key Skills
- Minimum of five years' experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a private equity-backed environment.
- Strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Industry experience in property compliance, maintenance, or energy services is preferred.
