The Role:

Working as part of a team in a busy environment, assisting the operational team to schedule and plan works in a cost-effective and organized manner to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients
• Arranging appointments with tradespeople efficiently and effectively
• Handling queries and rescheduling appointments as needed
• Logging jobs onto our management system
• Collaborating with supervisors and tradespeople to organize work schedules

Requirements:

• Experience in a call centre environment
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
