The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are currently looking to fill a number of roles that will become available across our Southeast London Patch. We are looking for the following positions to cover Lewisham and Southwark in particular:
- Carpenters x 1 Lewisham
- Plumbers x 1 Lewisham & x 3 Southwark
- Plumber unvented x 1
- Plastering x 1 Lewisham & 2 Southwark
- Supervisors x 1 - Thamesmead
Salaries are as below:
- Operative single trade: £34-36K subject to knowledge, experience, and probation
- Operative multi trade: starting £36K increasing to £38K subject to knowledge, experience, and probation
- Supervisors: £40-42K subject to knowledge, experience, and probation
Interview dates TBC but more likely late next week. We are looking to hold a recruitment day for those shortlisted on 10th April; however, if there are some good calibre CVs, we would be keen to interview them beforehand so we don’t lose out on them.
