Axis has experienced continual growth since its establishment in 1986. We work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

The Role
Working as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the Administration function of Axis’ HR team with all aspects of HR Admin in a timely, effective and efficient manner at all times.
Responsibilities Include
- Efficiently dealing with all HR Admin related matters
- Accurately recording data in the online database, ensuring it is up to date at all times
- Create letters and contracts of employment and send via Docusign
- Write and send letters for any HR related topic
- Recording and save accurately information in the employees’ files
- Updating HR database and ensure is always up to date
Requirements
- Experience of office Administration
- Ability to multi-task and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about HR!
