Overview
We\’re seeking a bright and creative marketing candidate with strong abilities in continually optimising websites, integrated email and PPC campaign development, content creation, digital and social media channel development, event planning and strong project management (with design abilities being a plus).
You\’ll join the business at a dynamic period of growth and have the opportunity to work across and shape the marketing for three brands, operating in multiple sectors.
The role will focus on developing marketing and communication campaigns, channels and materials, both on and offline. As part of the lead generating aspect of this role, you\’ll be able to develop integrated marketing platforms and automate marketing workflows. This role will also be responsible for the performance of multiple website(s).

We do a large amount of our creative work in-house. This is an opportunity to apply your skills to enhance and develop impactful marketing and communication assets, including: marketing collateral, advertising, website and digital communication platforms, bid materials, social media and direct marketing campaigns.
The role requires creativity, professional writing ability, good project management and ownership and the ability to produce innovative and exciting promotional materials. You’ll also need to be proficient in the marketing platforms we\’ve adopted.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Executive, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, marketing events (exhibitions, round tables etc), analysing web and campaign analytics, and setting up and optimising online marketing campaigns. The role involves creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication across digital platforms. Here is a more detailed breakdown:
- Assist with all current and future marketing, whilst measuring and reporting on the success of campaigns using various analytical techniques.
- Contribute to developing innovative digital solutions for the needs of our business, using our existing intranet, website(s), social media and new emerging media applications.
- Create and maintain a professional standard of internal and external marketing, promotional and educational content – deliver outstanding creative work across all areas of the business.
- Be able to plan, investigate, write and present case studies, news articles, instructional documents
- Be able to project manage production of a full range of marketing & product communications including advertisements, direct (e)mail, event/site signage, brochures, flyers, newsletters and any other marketing material as required.
- Produce quality digital collateral including; presentations, landing page designs, e-mail shots, on-line banners, social media images, animated gifs etc.
- Contribute to the idea pool with digital and traditional marketing concepts – participate in full at all team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensuring attention to detail is an integral part of every project.
- Proficient and actively using Ai technology to work smarter and enhance the projects you\’ll be part of
- Scheduling and prioritising your own work and ensuring deadlines are met – you’ll report to the Marketing and Communications Director the status of projects and priority in order to achieve agreed deadlines.
- Undertaking other related tasks enthusiastically and with a willingness to learn new skill.
- Able to follow and develop visual brand guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate
This role requires you to have a minimum of 2-3 years experience developing the skills above. You should be an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the creative and technical (marketing and communication) skills to promote the company through a wide range of digital, print and emerging media applications.
We’re looking for someone with…
- At least 2-3 years previous experience in a Marketing and Communication role.
- Degree educated is a plus, not a must.
- Strong writing ability
- It would be beneficial if you have existing experience with Active Campaign, GA4, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, wix.com, Yoast, UberSuggests – but these can be learned and training will be provided
- Knowledge and experience of Wordpress, SEO techniques, email marketing software and entire Microsoft Office Suite.
- Social media marketing experience, mainly focused on LinkedIn
- Excellent attention to detail, producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple project streams at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Personable, able to collaborate and a good team player – you’ll need to communicate and liaise with people at all levels across our group and external companies.
- A reliable and good work ethic, you’ll need to take pride in the work you produce.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and audience
