YOUR FUTURE TEAM
As a Sales Administrator you will be part a team of Sales Administrators located across the region of Northern & Eastern Europe, consisting of 26 countries. The Sales Administrator role means a mix of being responsible for some regional tasks within the Finance & Sales Operations team and being the contact person for the local sales & marketing teams in UK & Ireland.
Besides your closest teammates, you will also work with the whole sales organization in UK & Ireland, including Key Account Managers, Sales Engineers & Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely with marketing - always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SALES ADMINISTRATOR?
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for offloading our sales team operationally. You will be a key person by ensuring smooth processes, maintaining data integrity and facilitating the effective use of sales tools as well as coordinating our sales events and meetings.
Other responsibilities may include…
- Being a Salesforce super user
- Supporting the wider sales team to ensure that Salesforce data is up to date
- Administration of our local demo unit stock
- Administration and planning of workshops, meetings, and targeted events
- Partner training coordination
- Develop and update the UK & Ireland sales intranet
- Incoming customer enquiries
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a meticulous and structured person with a great eye for detail and service. You should be administrative by nature and enjoy supporting business growth with thorough processes and data. You should also have:
- Fluent language skills in English, both written and verbal
- An organized, proactive and structured approach
- Interest and/or experience working with a CRM System
- A customer-centric personality with a drive to deliver exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
