What will you do? The Inside Sales Engineer supports Axis business by providing technical expertise to customers and partners, aiming to build credibility and trusted relationships. They manage technical aspects of the sales cycle, collaborate with sales teams, maintain demo equipment, and transfer knowledge to partners and the Axis team. The role is office-based with occasional travel, focusing on ensuring product functionality during customer events and demonstrating products to enhance Axis' brand reputation.
Responsibilities
- Act as key expert for all matters of technical nature with external stakeholders including:
- Product demonstrations
- Internal meetings with customers
- Setting up and running product demos at agreed shows and exhibitions for Axis

Weβre seeking an enthusiastic inside sales engineer passionate about technology, customers, training and business. You have a keen interest in helping our partners and internal team find the best possible Axis solution that meets end customer needs in security and beyond. You are a team player and have a passion for achieving results through others.
Apart from this you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree in computer science or engineering preferred
- Knowledge of network infrastructure
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience from technical position in the IT or security industry
- Track record of delivering demonstrations
- Outgoing with excellent people skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
