The Opportunity/Role

We are currently recruiting for an Fabrication Operator to work in our forever growing manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
fabrication of plastic fittings, ensuring product is produced and packaged in accordance with the Production programme and Safe Systems of Work.

Key responsibilities will include:

Produce the required product, operating within Company Policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality, Technical and Manufacturing Administration.

Maintain production and quality documents.

Be responsible for a high level of housekeeping in the work area.

Work as part of a team.

Be flexible throughout the factory to satisfy the production demands.

Be involved with non-conformance activities to improve the finished product.

Continually strive to improve the working environment and production processes.

Skills & experience

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work to deadlines.

Self-disciplined with the ability to set and maintain high standards.
