About the role: As the Supply Chain Planner, you’ll be the main contact for your product portfolio, creating reliable supply plans, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs. This is a 6-month fixed‑term contract.

What you will do:

  • Build and deliver robust supply plans to meet customer demand, factoring in inventory, logistics and storage requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data within the ERP system and act on MRP outputs.
  • Take full accountability for managing order books, supply dates, and project plans for your portfolio.
  • Identify risks, prioritise issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support the S&OP/IBP cycle by providing clear insight into vulnerabilities and opportunities.
  • Optimise inventory levels while balancing delivery risk, cost and customer expectations.
  • Participate in operational reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Strong background in Purchasing Planning, Production Planning or Scheduling within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Highly organised, systematic and decisive with excellent prioritisation skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills.
  • Data‑driven with strong analytical capability and excellent IT skills (Excel essential; Power BI beneficial).
  • Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems (DynamicsAX preferred).
  • Experience in S&OP/IBP environments is an advantage.
  • Naturally curious, improvement‑focused, proactive and self‑motivated.
