Axis has something great to offer! We are looking for an Architecture & Engineering Manager to join our sales team in UK & Ireland. This role is home-office based in the United Kingdom.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? The Architecture & Engineering Manager (A&E) Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing relationships within the A&E program, while identifying and promoting solutions tailored to the market segments in which Axis actively operates. This role ensures that our solutions align with the needs and expectations of the consultant community. Working closely with the regional sales & End Customer teams, the A&E Manager increases awareness of the A&E program by promoting its benefits, providing education, and driving both internal and external strategies within the video surveillance industry. As an ambassador for the Axis brand and culture, the A&E Manager plays a key role in thought leadership - highlighting the strength of our best-of-breed partnerships and demonstrating the value of our end-to-end solutions.
Apart from above mentioned tasks it will be your job to:
- Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E program members
- Build relationships with new consultants within this business area
- Support consultants by advising on specifications around Axis network products
- Support and develop our identified focus accounts within the A&E program
- Proactively educate the consultant community on the key challenges of the industry and position Axis as a thought leader and trusted advisor
- Educate specifiers on the smart use of Axis design tools, ensuring system design accuracy and improving their operational efficiencies
- Define strategy and actions in line with the EMEA Head region, Northern and Eastern Europe (NEE) region and UK & Ireland.
- Align the A&E program with the activities of our sales teams, building a project pipeline through Axis products' specification into new projects
- Work collaboratively in a virtual team with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide to ensure development and use of best practice
This is a home-office role, that would require travel across the UK. Some travel to Nordic countries will be necessary.

You have experience in developing and executing business plans, with a proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed your objectives.

- Familiar with systems such as CRM and Salesforce
