Axis CLC is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support the Retrofit Programme across Croydon and surrounding areas. You will be the key point of contact for residents in occupied properties, explaining the scope of works and coordinating access.
You will work closely with Site Managers and project teams to keep residents informed, resolve concerns, maintain records, and help achieve customer satisfaction targets.
