As an Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of Disrepair Works and maintenance services within social housing, ensuring operational performance, resident satisfaction and contractual KPIs are consistently achieved. You will play a key leadership role across the contract, driving quality, compliance and service excellence while supporting the performance and development of operational teams.
What You’ll Deliver
- Lead the delivery of Disrepair and maintenance services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance, including WIP, aged jobs, follow-ons and appointment management.
