Axis CLC is seeking an experienced Group Head of Pre-Construction to lead national pre-construction activity for social housing refurbishment and building safety programmes. You will direct design development, regulatory compliance, and readiness reviews to ensure projects are technically robust and commercially viable from concept through mobilisation.
Reporting to the executive team, you will manage multidisciplinary design teams, liaise with Housing Associations and regulators, and drive high standards.
